Soul and Body Wellness Solutions
At Soul and Body Wellness Solutions, we approach health and wellness with intention, care, and respect—for the body, the mind, and the people we serve. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit, and transparency matters just as much as integrity. This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled so you can shop with confidence.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product is in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
Because many of our products are health- and wellness-related, we prioritize safety and hygiene in every decision we make.
2. Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used supplements, ingestible products, or topical items
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please see Section 4 below.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
If your refund is approved, the amount will reflect only the cost of the eligible returned item(s).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Your order number
In these cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no additional cost to you.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after processing confirmation:
- Check your bank or credit card account
- Contact your payment provider
- Reach out to us if the issue persists
